There may be instances where hindrances can affect the transactions. The hindrances can be either due to some fault at the payment portal or mismatch of video at the time of credit. Where issues regarding fault at the payment portal is concerned, Electrodiction will refund the same amount back to the subscriber within 7 working days provided a mail from the subscriber's side is furnished to our support section with related information.
On the other hand, where there is a case of mismatch of videos at the time of credit Electrodiction will submit an amount which is equivalent to the transaction amount in the subscriber's account. Later on subscribers can use the same amount to purchase videos from the Electrodiction's video library.
Once a service has been subscribed to, there is no scope for any cancellation.
